The nightly rate accommodates up to 6 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 8. Any guest beyond 6 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply.

Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests’ experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.
